New-fashioned units with an excellent shower, views over Blenheim, for instance, and the staff were exceptional. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, just 5 minutes walk from Seymour Square.

A cute stay with comforts
I recently enjoyed a good stay. The clean and spacious room had a fantastic shower and a cozy bed. The staff's warm welcome made check-in simple and pleasant, and I appreciated that the hotel is just a short walk from local attractions. One downside was that the dining options could be more varied, especially for breakfast.

One simple answer, yes or no?
The reception staff were friendly. My room had a large, accessible bathroom with high-quality toiletries that added a lovely touch to the stay!
The hotel was quite basic, lacking an engaging atmosphere. Breakfast service was disappointing, as we found limited options and coffee wasn't replenished despite the timing.

The Superior King Room was spacious, offering ample natural light. I adored the ease of access to the central attractions and the relaxing ambiance of the garden area, where I enjoyed my morning coffee. The hotel facilities were great, and the attentive staff were a delight to engage with.

The hotel is minutes from town, has easy off road car parking, is immaculately clean and comfortable. The pool, spa and sauna are good additional facilities. The hotel receptionist went the extra mile on the night we stayed finding something we needed and this was much appreciated.

The pool was appreciated, warm and clean. There was also a spa which we did not try. Breakfast ( "continental") was nice and included yoghurt and fruit. The restaurant had good food in the evening. Recommended place to stay.
Internet extra fee. Should be included, as in many other places. Ac was working ok , but was shut down automatically after 30 minutes or so, which was not convinient at night.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, with lovely natural light coming through the windows.
We were disappointed to find the spa and sauna closed earlier than advertised, which interrupted our plans for relaxation.
